Albums I listened to in 2025

Much like the 2024 list, I have no idea what I'm doing. I haven't listened to as many albums this year, unfortunately. I was mostly listening to albums on my way to/from work and at work, since I was alone in the stock room and was allowed to listen to music or podcasts if I wanted. I quit my job, so I was too busy doing other stuff. Albums with notes in quotes were just taken directly from my notes app.

Blues

• Big Note Blues (Bert Weedon) | Notes: I guess he's blues. I don't know what I would classify this album as though. It's pretty good though, if you're into music from this era (1950s-1960s)

EBM

• Detachment (Kontravoid) | Notes: "fascinating" (I liked it well enough, but I can't really remember what it was like for some reason? Might relisten)

Hip Hop/Rap

• CHROMAKOPIA (Tyler, The Creator) | Notes: Honestly pretty incredible, deserves the hype 100%
• 3cag (KNEECAP) | Notes: I really enjoyed this one, definitely my favorite album I've listened to this year (so far, as of August 26th)

Metal

• Mezmerize (System of a Down) | Notes: I honestly really enjoyed this album. I listened to it a few months ago though so, I could not tell you more than that.

Rock

• Duology (Aligns) | Notes: "really good"

Weird...I dunno, Kobold music. It's music for D&D Critters

• Creature Music (Freshman Biology) | Notes: Incredibly odd, but very enjoyable.
• Crawlspace (Freshman Biology) | Note: Very strange, as expected from Freshman Biology. Pretty solid 8.5/10 for me though.
