Aruna
Aruna is a sea god and is also the Hittite word for sea. It seems likely that, when Hittites referenced their sea god, they literally meant the sea and not a personification of it. The sea in question was either the Mediterranean sea or, possibly, the gulf of Iskenderun. Aruna is attested in mythology as well, but I haven't come across specific sources regarding these myths (yet?).
One ritual for Aruna was done by kings after miliatry campaigns. He also appears in a ritual to the goddess Huwassanna, alongside Anna, Sarmamma and Zarniza. Not much else is known about these rituals. At least not that I could find in English.
There was at least one festival where Aruna was included (alongside Hudumana and a deity identified as Shaushka in one translation) in the city of Tuwanuwa. Aruna was offered offal as part of this festival.
Modern Worship
I feel like it would be difficult, but not impossible, to worship this god if you don't live in the Mediterranean. The ritual kings did after battles were about reaffirming their borders, so it's safe to assume Aruna was also a sovereignty god. Possibly also a war god?
Unlike many Hittite deities, we also know he was offered offal (no elaboration was given, unfortunately). I love when we can be sure about specific offerings.
He, of course, would best be approached as a sea god and worshiped from that angle. It might be difficult to connect to him, due to him literally being a specific body of water, but I guess it's worth a shot.
I will be on the lookout for more information about her, but here's her Wikipedia article.
