Elkunirša
There is not too much information about Elkunirša out there. He is likely of Canaanite origin and is mentioned in a ritual text, but beyond that, not much is known. There is a book titled "Hittite Myths" by Harry A. Hoffner jr. that goes through the myth about him, I'll link the PDF down below if I can.
Modern Worship
This one will be tricky because, while it seems like he originated with the Canaanite god 'Ilu, he is not the major deity of the pantheon. All that is really known is that he is the consort of Asherdu and has either 77 or 88 sons. I can't even really suggest a starting point. If you choose to worship him, you're going to have to do a lot of divination and trial and error.
